- 10” Full Touch Screen Control Panel with Alexa: The main control hub for the villa, allowing Sauod to manage various smart home functions through touch or voice commands.
- Zigbee Switches: A variety of smart switches were installed to control lighting and set scenes, including:
- 1, 2, and 3-Gang Zigbee Switches for versatile lighting control.
- Scene Panels that enable one-touch activation of preset lighting scenes for different moods.
- Integrated Thermostats: Six smart thermostats provide precise control over air conditioning in each room, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.
Sonos Audio System
- Sonos ARC Soundbar with Wi-Fi and Dolby Atmos: Installed in the main living area, offering an immersive audio experience with rich, surround sound.
- Sonos Era 300 Wireless Speakers: Two speakers added to the setup for superior audio coverage throughout the villa.
- Sonos Sub Gen 3 Subwoofer: Delivers deep, balanced bass, enhancing the overall sound profile in the entertainment area.

- Ruijie Reyee RG-RAP2260(G) Wi-Fi 6 Access Points: Six ceiling-mounted access points provide fast, reliable wireless coverage across the entire villa, supporting all smart devices and streaming needs.
- Ruijie RG-ES209GC-P 9-Port Gigabit Smart Cloud Managed POE Switch: Centralizes the network for smooth management and integrates power delivery for connected devices.
- D-Link CAT6 Cable Roll: 305 meters of CAT6 cabling ensure stable data transmission between all connected devices.
- Installation and Configuration Services: Our team handled the complete installation, including cable laying and access point configuration, ensuring optimal placement for maximum coverage.
