Senior Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to lead our installation team and ensure the successful delivery of smart home and AV projects. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for executing complex installations, mentoring junior technicians, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure smart home and AV systems (e.g., KNX, Tuya, Loxone, home theaters).
- Lead on-site teams in cable pulling, electrical fittings, and equipment installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret technical drawings and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to build their skills and confidence.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in smart home or AV installations.
- Proficiency in KNX systems, AV equipment, and technical blueprints.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
